To open the housing of the BCA-280, insert a small flat-blade screwdriver into one of the rectangular holes on the end of the housing. Turn the screwdriver blade to separate the top of the housing from the bottom of the housing.
Remove the batteries and replace with fresh new alkaline batteries.
Press the top of the housing back onto the bottom of the housing.
