This item is a bright blinking (red) LED wired to a 2 AA battery holder with a convenient ON/OFF switch. The LED bulb is clear for maximum brightness and blinks red color.

The expected battery life of 2 AA batteries (not included) in continuous use is 1.5 years; probably the longest battery life of any blinking LED device on the market today! Plus, this item is simple and reliable; no complicated USB recharging, buggy sensors, etc.

Can be used in a wide variety of applications:

Installation: Just drill a 5mm hole in your target panel location then place circuit board behind the panel with LED light poking through 5mm hole you drilled.

Blinking rate of the LED is about 1 flash per second. Studies show that this rate is ideal for attracting the eye without being annoying. This flash rate also mimics speed of expensive alarm systems’ LED flashing rate.

* The wires from the box to the circuit board are approximately 5-1/2 inches long.
